Deniz battled binge eating from a young age. Instead of rushing
her into a diet, we spent the first year healing her relationship with food, then built from there. Over our time together, she lost 20kg and, more importantly, finally feels free around food.

We build your fully personalised plan around your body, your life and your goals. No guessing, no generic template, just a clear path that finally makes sense.
The basics start to feel normal. Energy lifts, the routine stops feeling like a fight, and you realise this is something you can actually keep doing.
The work starts showing. Clothes fit differently, you feel stronger, and the people around you start to comment. But the biggest shift is internal, you trust yourself now.
This stops being a "plan" and becomes who you are. You understand your body, you've got the habits locked in, and you know, for the first time, that you'll never have to start over again.
A: Great question, and I understand why you're asking it.
Most online coaching gives you a PDF meal plan and a generic training programme. Maybe you get a check-in form once a week.
The coach has 200 clients and you're a number on a spreadsheet. That's not what I do, don't worry.
Every programme I write is built from scratch for you - your body, your goals, your schedule, your food preferences, your equipment, your injury history.
Your plan is reviewed and adjusted every single week based on how your body is actually responding.
My goal is to actually educate you.
I don't want you dependent on me forever tbh.
I want you to finish this programme and be able to leave me and do this on your own. Education creates independence, and that's exactly what I preach.
A: First, we’ll go through an onboarding process.
You fill out a detailed questionnaire covering your goals, schedule, training experience, equipment access, dietary preferences, medical history..
Everything I need to build your initial system.
Then I create your personalised programme. Covering all bases, training, nutrition, supplements, all of it. Completely customised to you.
With no restrictive diets, no foods you hate but a sustainable approach using food you actually enjoy.
Every week, you complete a check-in - your weight, measurements, progress photos, how you're feeling, everything.
I review it all in detail and send you feedback with adjustments and your plan evolves in real time based on your progress.
However, on top of that, you have direct access to me whenever you need. Questions about food, training, lifestyle, mindset - I'm there so you’re never left in the dark.
You train, you eat according to your plan, you check in, and I handle the rest. Simple, structured, and it works.
A: Yes! if you do the work.
If you follow your training programme, hit your nutrition targets, complete your weekly check-ins, and communicate with me honestly
You will see results. Thats guaranteed. But i can’t do the work for you.
That's not a bold claim… It's just how the process works when it's done properly.
The reason some people don't get results isn't effort.
It's that they've never had a properly structured, personalised plan that adapts as they progress… but that's what this is.
Of course, if you skip sessions, ignore your nutrition, and don't check in, I can't help you.
I can build the best programme in the world, but I can't do the reps for you unfortunately.
The people who get the best results are the ones who show up consistently and trust the process.
If that's you, I'm confident we'll get you where you want to be. At the end of the day, im here to create a transformation.
A: Perfect… Honestly, beginners are some of my favourite clients to work with, because you don't have bad habits to unlearn. You don't have years of misinformation to undo.
You're starting with a clean slate, a blank canvas and that means everything I teach you will be correct from day one.
I've worked with people who have literally never stepped foot in a gym, or known what protein is.
The starting point doesn't matter, what matters is the direction.
Your programme will be built for exactly where you are.
We start at your level and progress at your pace.
If you're nervous.. that's normal. Everyone is before their first call. But I promise you, the hardest part is clicking that button, and everything after that gets easier.
A: This depends on your starting point and your goal. Usually within the first 2 to 4 weeks, you'll notice changes in how you feel… more energy, better sleep, improved mood, increased confidence in the gym.
This means your body is adapting.
By weeks 4 to 8, the physical changes become more visible.
Clothes fit differently, people are noticing.
By 12 to 16 weeks, the transformation is undeniable.
Not just in how you look, but in how you move, how you eat, and how you think about your body. You're not the same person who started. Most have changed their lifestyle completely by this stage.
The minimum commitment is 16 weeks. That's not arbitrary - it's the amount of time needed to create real, lasting change. Not a quick fix that fades in a month but a genuine transformation that you know how to maintain.
A: If you're thinking about competing, this is my personal speciality.
I've been a competitive bodybuilder since I was 17. I've won national and international titles, so have my clients. I understand every phase of prep - the nutrition manipulation, the training periodisation, the peak week protocols, and the mental game.
Competition prep coaching sits at a higher level because the stakes are higher. We're talking precise macro adjustments, posing practice, stage readiness, water and sodium manipulation, and the psychological preparation that most coaches completely ignore.
If you're serious about stepping on stage, I'll get you there in the best condition of your life - and I'll make sure you know how to recover properly afterwards.
That part matters more than most people realise.
If that's the path you're interested in, we'll talk about it on the call.
